As a local small business El Sancho provides the community with food options that cannot be found anywhere else. The food truck is located behind Jitterz Coffee Roasters and opens early – at 7:30am Thursday through Sunday. Menu items routinely sell out by noon so be sure and plan to stop by early!

This food truck combines local ingredients and international flavors to provide an excellent menu for customers. The farm to table concept provides guests with fresh and creative meals. The unexpected twist on casual dining makes this food truck a definite stop for a meal.

3. Earth Born/Klement’s Grove

Earth born is a retail market and restaurant café. They take pride in providing locally grown fresh, whole, raw, natural and organic foods. Most of their produce is 100% USDA certified organic. The produce is also grown by affiliated family farms. They provide good health through clean eating and are known for fresh squeezed citrus and specialty cold pressed juices. The Holbrook family owns and operates Earth Born and they are grateful to be a part of the South Texas community.

Look no further for authentic local South Texas tamales! Over 30 years ago Delia started to make tamales from her home to help provide for her family. She started door-to-door and business-to-business but in 1998 she opened her first commercial location. Delia’s currently has multiple locations across the Rio Grande Valley and continues to provide authentic food for all of her customers.

This local hot spot provides customers with a rustic environment, the best burgers, and great service. With hearty portions and live music this family friendly, locally owned restaurant is one you don’t want to miss out on.
