They Mayberry Hideaway provides an array of communal amenities. Every home has been meticulously designed to allow our guests to rest, relax, and leave restored. Our mission is to provide a 5 star experience to each and every one of our guests while providing beautiful properties to the local area we call home.

The Warehouse Pearl

Amenities: 8:00am -12:00pm or 5:00pm - 9:00pm
The Hanger: Check-in: 4:00pm | Check-out: 11:00am
Day Guest: Up to 30 people
Overnight Guest: Up to 8 people

  • The Hangar has a private outdoor space with a hot tub, firepit, & grill
  • All guests have full access to all shared community amenities: climate-controlled pool, beach volleyball court, pickleball/basketball court, grill, fire pit, game room, lawn games, 2 full bathrooms, outdoor shower, outdoor speakers, & 8 picnic tables during the reserved time period
  • Short term rental (Airbnb) guests who book The Dome, The Tiny Cajita, and/or The Studio will have access to community amenities
  • Exclusive access to The Warehouse (gathering room)
  • Early Check-in/Late Checkout subject to availability
  • Additional guests (other than the 8 guests staying at The Hangar) must vacate the property by the end of the reserved time period
