Yes! The Mayberry Hideaway is a 2-acre property that a has 4 separate homes available for guests. Each home has its own private backyard with a fire-pit, hot tub, and outdoor seating area. All guests who reserve a home at The Mayberry Hideaway have access to the communal amenities during their stay.

The Mayberry Hideaway has a fenced in communal amenities area. The amenities on the property include a basketball court, pickleball court, beach volleyball court, a temperature-controlled pool (4 ft deep), picnic table area, fire-pit, lawn games, and lounging areas. These amenities are accessible for all guests that reserve a home at The Mayberry Hideaway.

No, only the specified guest count that matches the home capacity on the reservation can be on the property. Because The Mayberry Hideaway holds 4 different rentable homes, 4 different groups of guests can be on the property enjoying the amenities. If you would like to invite additional guests to enjoy the amenities during your stay, we offer The Warehouse as an add on to a reservation to accommodate additional visitors.

If you would like to invite up to 30 guests, we have packages that include a 4-hour block of reserved time. With this 4 hour event reservation, other homes can also be rented by other guests and the amenities area will be shared by all guests booking any of the homes at The Mayberry Hideaway.

If you would like to invite up to 60 guests for a gathering/event, we have packages that include exclusive access to The Mayberry Hideaway.

Yes! The amenities alone cannot be reserved. Since we are a short-term rental property, all our packages include a home for an overnight stay. We offer access to our amenities area with our club house/meeting room called The Warehouse. The Warehouse can accommodate up to 60 guests. We have packages that include a minimum of 4-hours of access to The Warehouse and amenities for 30 up to guests as well as longer blocks of reserved times for up to 60 guests. When you book a home at The Mayberry Hideaway, you have the option of adding The Warehouse and amenities to your reservation to invite additional guests to enjoy the property with you and a select number of guests to enjoy the property overnight.
